As System Engineer, you will work as part of a global team, which is responsible for Enterprise Voice Services within IT Infrastructure, Unified Communication Services. Your core responsibility will be to design, implement, and deliver IT systems and standards that support a harmonized and consolidated Enterprise Voice service, including maintenance, optimization and 3rd level support plus basic technology consulting.   • As Principal System Engineer, you are the global 2nd level support for Enterprise Voice Services within the global team.
  • You manage and operate Contact Center, Audiocodes SBCs and Gateways as well as the telephony features of Skype for Business and MS Teams.
  • Together with project manager, you support project requirements related to Enterprise Voice systems.
  • Furthermore, you support and develop Enterprise Voice solutions in multiple global locations, working with local engineers and telecom providers as appropriate
  • You provide scripting and PowerShell development and support as well as training sessions for the end-users.


  • Experience deploying Telephony features in Skype for Business and MS Teams
  • Troubleshooting know-who to resolve system and network related issues of the Skype for business and MS Teams
  • Expertise in configuring and supporting voice AudioCodes Gateways and SBCs  (Audiocodes ACA certification or similar from other vendors), Network Architecture and QoS (optimized for real-time voice/video)
  • Expertise in configuring and supporting of Contact Center (Genesys ICCS certification or similar from other vendors)
  • Azure Active Directory and networking
  • Powershell scripting skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
