Task

  • Deliver 3rd line IT infrastructure support (including 24x7 duty)
  • Planning, assessing and executing maintenance tasks on the production platform. 
  • Take responsibility for problem resolution, recommend options and implement if required.
  • Plan and implements changes. 
  • Attend and contribute in projects.

Requirements

Must have Skills:
  • provides a support attitude with good problem solving skills
  • In-depth knowledge of primarily Linux, additional Windows OS.
  • Network: TCP-IP, Switching, load balancing, firewall. 
  • Monitoring IT workload and Infrastructure via Check_MK
  • Automation tools: Puppet, Ansible
  • Rapid comprehension 
Nice to have Skills:
  • Network: VXLAN, DDoS Protection
  • Scripting skills (python, perl)
  • Strong social Skills due to direct customer comunication during incidents and changes
